1. Are there outside burning regulations?

Yes.  Any outside burning, including bonfires and trash burning, requires special permits from the Opelika Fire Department.  For more information and or permits call 334-705-5300.

2. I collect patches from Police Departments and Fire Departments. How do I go about getting one from Opelika?

Sadly, the events of September 11th have changed everything. And that means that the Opelika Police and Fire Departments no longer send out patches or pins that could be used to gain entry to secured areas or attached to a uniform for illegal activities.

3. How do I apply for a job?
