Come and practice this ancient stress-free exercise that incorporates the mind and body. Based on the five elements of nature: wood, fire, water, metal, and earth. Each movement targets the energy in an organ system of the body. Movements are done slowly to music and the exercises can be done sitting, standing, or lying down. There is no right or wrong, only good, better, and best when doing the moves!
The practice is taught by Jo Anne Brown, a certified group practice leader through Spring Forest Qigong.
This program is for ages 18 and up.
