OPR does not have the crew to unload, load, set-up or take down equipment supplied by the rental party. OPR's staff is on duty to monitor the use of the facility or equipment. Renters will be responsible for providing manpower for set-up, etc of their own equipment.

No. Your rental includes one of the covered pavilions at theSplash Park. There may be other parties, members or guests using the parkduring your rental.
Reservations must be canceled in person at the OpelikaSportsPlex no later than seven business days prior to the reservation date.Cancelations requested with less than seven business days will forfeit allmonies. In the event of inclement weather, 24 hours notice is required forcancelation.
With any outdoor venue, weather can be a factor. If there is indoor space available, we will move your party indoors. If no space is available, we will issue a full refund. 24 hours notice is required for a cancelation in the event of rain.
Food, drinks and gifts are allowed in the meeting rooms and at the Splash Park. Food, drinks and gifts are not allowed on the pool deck.
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of the reservation. Reservations will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. No holds are allowed.
All set-up, take down and clean-up must be done within your reservation time frame. Additional hours may be purchased, pending availability.
Your deposit will be returned within 10 working days, provided that no deviations from guidelines occur and that no false/incomplete information was given regarding the rental.
