The Opelika Police Department is investigating a Theft of Property, Third Degree, which occurred on 05/17/2022 at Ulta Cosmetics, located at 2690 Enterprise Drive. Surveillance video shows the suspect, a black female with long two-tone braids, wearing a black face mask, black jacket, and a brown romper bodysuit. The suspect stole $804 in merchandise.
