The essential functions of the position are to manage all aspects of the organization’s customer service, manage the public communications, and supervise the workflow coordinators. The position is responsible for supervising staff, customer service and marketing training, billing, and collections functions, and providing reports to management as requested. The position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, ensuring the proper processing of customer billing data and payments, and ensuring effective communications are provided to the power service crews.
