Abdul Hakeem Rasheed, 21 yoa from McDonough, GA was last seen leaving the Lee County Justice Center at 1:50 PM on 09/22/21. Rasheed is a black male with facial hair. He is 5-foot-8 and weighs approximately 130 pounds.
