Opelika Parks and Recreation is utilizing a new recreation management software, eTrak, that will make it easier for you to access your account, print tax documents, update your account and utilize online registration. In order to use this new software, please follow the directions below to set-up your account.
*If you are a SportsPlex member you already have an account within our system.
Please DO NOT create an additional account. Click "Sign-In," click "Forgot Username/Password," fill in the necessary information and follow the on-screen directions. The information you enter must match the information in the new system. Your username will be emailed to you (you may need to check your email SPAM folder). If you are having trouble accessing our system, please call the Opelika SportsPlex front desk at (334)705-5560 and ask them ti double check the email we have on file for your account.
To set up your account for the first time:
- Click "Sign In" > "New Account"
- If you are an adult registering a child, first create an account for yourself (as a responsible party).
- Fill out the necessary fields denoted with a star.
- Once you complete your profile click "OK"
- Please make sure to remember your User ID and Password.
- After setting up your account you will then be asked if you want to add family members. At this point, you can add your child(ren)/spouse to your family. Once finished adding the additional person, click "OK". If you need to add additional family members, click "Add a family member" to start the process for the new person.
- Once finished adding all family members, click "OK" and you will be signed in and taken to the main page.
Start the Registration Process
- Sign-In
- Click the "Register" button at the top of the screen.
- Select your category from the catalog on the left, then find the program/class/league, etc. in the middle of the page.
- Click the shopping cart on the item you wish to register for.
- Follow the on-screen directions and cues until you get to the shopping cart.
- Check out and pay with a credit card.
- Once you complete the payment process, click "sign-out" in the bottom left corner to exit the system.
