**UPDATE (2-15-19 1:45 p.m.) - The pipe has been replaced on Rocky Brook and water has been restored. Opelika Utilities will continue flushing the system of dirty water and air pockets. Hydrants will more than likely continue to run over the weekend. The road will remained closed over the weekend and city officials, along with Opelika Utilities, will reevaluate the road on Monday. 

OFFICIAL ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to a water main break, water will be turned off until late afternoon for all of Rocky Brook Road from Etowah Avenue to Morris Avenue, as well as the North Hills and North Brook subdivisions. The Camelot neighborhood water is still on. Rocky Brook will be closed from Etowah Avenue to North Hills Drive at least through the weekend. Stay tuned to the city’s website and social media pages for any official updates. For information regarding Opelika Utilities (water), call 334-705-5500.
