Makerspace Safety Class: Glowforge

Opelika Public Library is excited to be able to provide a Makerspace for library patrons. With our new Makerspace we hope to bolster new hobbies, provide a new set of tools for our handy friends, and help bring families and friends together on projects. Whether you want to build with the 3D Printer or cut and engrave with our Glowforge, we hope to provide you with the opportunity to take your projects to the next level. In order to use the Makerspace equipment, you must attend a safety class regarding the equipment you wish to use. Upon completion, you will be Safety Class Certified and will be allowed to schedule time to use the equipment on your own.
