Qigong
Qigong is an ancient, low impact exercise that incorporates your mind and your body. The principles of Qigong are based on the five elements of nature, Wood, Fire, Earth, Water and Metal. Walk This Way Walking Club
Join Anita every Wednesday at 8:30 AM at our Story Walk Trail to walk and talk about everything from community happenings to family, to good books, and anything else you want to talk about. All ages are welcomed and no one gets left behind.
