Neighborhood Mobile Wellness Clinic

Thank you for visiting the Opelika Neighborhood Mobile Wellness Clinic page.

The City of Opelika is a community that cares about its citizens. With top quality education, recreational opportunities and state-of-the-art healthcare, our city ranks near the top of Alabama communities. However, not everyone in our area is enjoying the quality of life that we all cherish. Because of this, the City of Opelika is developing the Opelika Neighborhood Mobile Wellness Clinic to help the under-served. The traveling clinic will provide free medical services to the under-served such as primary and preventative healthcare; routine and chronic illness screenings; promote disease prevention; and build relationships to better learn what is needed in our neighborhoods.

In order to do this, we need to raise $200,000 to retrofit and design a medical bus.
We were fortunate to have the bus donated to us by First Transit. And, we are proud to be partnering with East Alabama Medical Center, Casey Family Programs and Auburn University in this endeavor.

Help us get on the road to good health by donating today. Together, we can create a much-needed resource in Opelika.
