Barbara provides administrative, organizational and complex clerical support to the Mayors office. Her responsibilities include maintaining the Mayor and City Administrator's calendars; making travel arrangements; maintaining all records and special reports;  evaluating and and examining data and information; and so much more. 

She is the first line of communications when citizens reach the Mayors office. She always follows through when someone needs help, has a concern or requests information.
