Spring Villa is located on Spring Villa Road or Lee County Highway 148. Located on 325 acres of beautifully wooded land that are home to the Penn Yonge House now listed on the National Historic Register.

Location

Chewacla State Park is located just outside of Auburn, AL off of U.S 29 South, Chewacla State Park has improved camping facilities and cabins for a family or for larger groups.

Lee County Public Fishing Lake

Location

Lee County Public Fishing Lake is located on Lee road 146, this 130-acre public fishing lake operated by the State of Alabama. 

Open

The lake is open Saturday to Thursday from February to June and Wednesday from July to November.

Fishing 

Fishing permits are required at this lake where fishing boats and trolling motors are available for rent. Boat ramps are available. 

Saugahatchee Lake

Location

This 600-acre lake is stocked with all types of freshwater fish.

Licenses

Fishing and boat permits are required. Information on how to get a license may be obtained through Opelika Utilities 334-705-5500.

Hours

Hours are Tuesday to Sunday from sunrise to sunset.
