RAD Self Defense

R.A.D. is an internationally recognized women's self-defense course that teaches tactics and techniques to empower women to prevent or escape harm. R.A.D. which stands for Rape Aggression Defense, is a hands-on training that provides awareness, prevention and risk reduction for women. 

About the Class

It is a twelve-hour course which requires attendance at all four classes. The class is free to women 16 and older.

Classes are from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Opelika Police Department.
