Much of the City’s information is collected, stored, analyzed, and communicated via thework done by the IT department. Our focus is to improve City Government effectiveness and productivity. IT provides expertise, standards, and shared services for each department within the City.
The GIS Division, within the Information Technology Department, provides broad access to geospatial data and applications throughout the City and to the public.
We strive to increase operating efficiency by:

- Providing geospatial capabilities to City entities to better serve our citizens.
- Improving our system capabilities by leveraging the value of geographic and spatial information.
