The City of Auburn, the City of Opelika and Lee County, Alabama are filing a joint application for the Edward Byrne
Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, number 2015-H2615-AL-DJ. Grant funds in the amount of $24,617 are available through
this grant program.
All jurisdictions have executed an inter-local agreement to disperse the funding.These funds will be used to purchase equipment
as specified by each agency.
The application will be submitted to the United States Department of Justice/Bureau of Justice Assistance. The application will
be made available for review on the City of Opelikaís website: www.opelika.org beginning June 8th,2015. Your comments or
